Thermal technology of the Apollo LED grow light
Heat dissipation is one of the main techniques while designing a LED grow light, it will fundamentally affect the whole equipment’s function and operational lifespan. And heat dissipation is also a bottleneck of the LED grow light industry, for 110 degrees Celsius is the highest temperature that the LEDs can bear. Higher than that, they will be burnt. And, in fact, if the inner temperature of the apparatus is higher than 80 degrees Celsius, the LEDs could be severely destroyed and soon got the problem of light attenuation, and it is the light decay that could be the grim headache of many manufacturers offering LED grow light. When the light attenuation appears, it also indicates that the lifespan of the equipment will end.
So, facing the demand of the worldwide users looking for great LED grow lights, a new generation LED grow light-Apollo LED grow light was born last month.
Unlike the old model LED grow light which has been imitated repetitively over the past several year and in fact was invented by Mr.Pan four years ago, which has also been proven to cause inner greenhouse effect and affect the lifespan of the whole lamp, the Apollo LED grow light is completely revolutionary new technology, from its outer case to the inner space, every part has been designed with well ventilating performance.
By building two large square vents at each end of the Apollo LED grow light, the inner temperature can be discharged immediately while the light is operating. Both sides of the lamp are built with many little holes for discharging the additional heat. The inner heat-sink of the Apollo LED grow light is designed as the computer CPU fin heat sink system-built with many small slots to increase the performance of discharging heat.
So, assembling with this new thermal system, the Apollo LED grow light will never cause inner greenhouse effect, and the testing figure shows that the inner temperature of the Apollo is less than 60 degrees Celsius after having continuously run more than 18 hours. And this will finally protect the LEDs from high temperature then fundamentally support the long-lasting lifespan.
